Prayer

Dear Prayers Wariors,

Greeting in the Precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am very sorry to write to you so late due to lack of internet in Aweil, South Sudan. I am currently visiting my family in Kenya.  How are you all doing?

I am writing to express my deepest thanks to you all for your many  years of prayers for the Nation of South Sudan, your  prayers  have demonstrated your deep commitment to people of South Sudan to have a justice peace; your prayers played a key role in our situation. I want you all now to pray for the peaceful formation of Transitional Government of National Unity. Scripture says,

Psalm 46:10 Let be and be still, and know (recognize and understand) that I am God.  I will be exalted among the nations!  I will be exalted in the earth!

Colossians 4:2    Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.

2 Peter 1:3-4    His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness    through our knowledge of him who called us by His own glory and goodness.    Through these he has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

Again, thank you all for years of praying for the people of South Sudan, continue to pray. I look forward to a continuing partnership with you more to expand the Kingdom of God and share His peace, love and unity with His people in South Sudan. God bless you all abundantly.

Yours in Christ’s service,

Bishop Abraham Nhial
